ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No.401 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47A of the Excise Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though it has been alleged that recovery of 30 litres of illicit liquor was made from the possession of the petitioner, yet the seizure list does not disclose name of any member of his family. It is further submitted that the seizure list has not been prepared in accordance with law and the petitioner has no

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Jigar Sah, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya, in connection with Wazirganj P.S.
