Petitioner is accused in connection with Chousa P.S. Case No. 24 of 2017 registered for the offences alleged under Sections 37(b)(c), 30(a)(d) and 38 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that very small quantity of country made mahua liquor has been recovered from his Hotel. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 02.02.2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
