2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 268 of 2023 registered for the offences under Sections 447, 380, 506, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57134 of 2023 as contained at Annexure-P/2 to the bail petition. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15210 of 2024(2) dt.21-03-2024 2/2 petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the concerned Court within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 268 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
