Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 354, 379 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The female petitioners allegedly caused injury with tangi at the head of the informant. The Doctor has found three lacerated wounds on the different parts of head of the informant. Submission is that the petitioners are in custody since 04.12.2018. They have got no criminal antecedent. For trivial dispute, the occurrence allegedly took place. Investigation of the case is already complete against the petitioners.

No.10144 of 2019(3) dt.02-05-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that very serious allegation is there of commission of murderous assault at the head of the injured. Hence, the petitioners do not deserve privilege of bail. Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charges on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sikandra Police Station Case No. 144 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
