The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. case No. 345 of 2016 instituted under Section 30 of the Bihar Prohibition of Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation, in brief, is that police recovered 20 litres of country made liquor from the possession of this petitioner and liquors were also seized from other co-accused. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing was recovered from the petitioner, moreover, he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 02.012.2016.
