Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 417 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that the petitioner impersonated for some other candidate in the examination.
Similarly situated co-accused, namely, Manohar Kumar has already been allowed bail vide order dated 07.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8294 of 2017.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
