The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Fesar P.S. Case No. 105/21 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
The petitioner was not caught on the spot and it is said that he has been identified by the villages present there as one of the persons who were carrying the liquor. One motorcycle has also been recovered which is not being claimed by the petitioner. Petitioner has a clean antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances, the present

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, IX cum Special Judge, Excise, II, Aurangabad, in connection with Fesar P.S. Case No. 105/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
