====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHANDRA PRAKASH SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-03-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 454 of 2024 dated 23.08.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 309(4) and 111 of B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 22.08.2024 at about 2.00 P.M., three unknown miscreants riding on a motorcycle came and entered the C.S.P. Bank in which the informant was doing official work and on the point of weapon, snatched his

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. His name has surfaced in the present case during the course of investigation. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. The petitioner has been made accused in the present case as his motorcycle bearing Registration No. BR05B-4358 was used by the criminals without his consent and permission who are also his co-villagers and has inimical terms with the petitioner. The said motorcycle was parked at his door. The petitioner is a student of Bihar Engineering University, Patna. The petitioner has one criminal antecedent in which he is on bail as stated in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition. He is in custody in this case since 18.10.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Ist Class,
