JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.03.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No.44227 of 2014 taking note of this fact that petitioner was identified in T.I.P by two witnesses and moreover, apart from the aforesaid identification, some looted articles are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Session Trial No. 160 of 2015, arising out of Parwalpur P.S.Case No. 53 of 2014, pending in the court of 1st

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.177 of 2016 (2) dt.04-01-2016 2/2 Additional Sessions Judge, Hilsa, Nalanda stands rejected. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
