JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 10-02-2016 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 24.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53244 of 2015 to the extent that in the last paragraph of the order it should be read as ACJM, Bhagalpur instead of Additional Sessions Judge-4, Bhagalpur. The said mistake perpetuated in the order since it was wrongly mentioned in the main petition. Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the main petition.

Let in the last portion of order dated 24.11.2015 it should be read as ACJM, Bhagalpur instead of Additional Sessions Judge-4, Bhagalpur.

The period of surrender is also extended by three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4306 of 2016 (2) dt.10-02-2016 order in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 134 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur.

The order dated 24.11.2015 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
