The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341/342/323/307/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner allegedly assaulted to his wife with the handle of hand pipe. The doctor has found injury at the right wrist joint. The victim was not examined by the police and charge sheet has already been submitted in this case. Brother of the victim is the informant of this case. The petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9728 of 2019(3) dt.30-04-2019 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Kathaiya P.S. Case No.128 of 2018, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below having immovable property in his name.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (Birendra Kumar, J) Mkr./- U T
