Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1AA), 25(1-b)a, 26 and 356 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner, one loaded country made pistol was allegedly recovered. Petitioner is in custody since 30.10.2016. The petitioner has got criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances above, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on completion of nine months of custody unless the trial is concluded before that period, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
