Petitioner seeks bail in S. Kamal P.S. Case No.238 of 2019 registered under Sections 399, 402 of the IPC and under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The informant after having received information about the assemblage of criminals for committing offence raided the place and arrested the petitioner and others. From possession of the petitioner, one loaded country made pistol and one live cartridge were recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 29.07.2019. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than seven months for recovery of one loaded pistol and one live cartridge.

Kamal P.S. Case No.238 of 2019.
