Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No.73 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 427, 436 and 447/34 of the IPC. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has committed no offence and falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 08.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Khagaria in connection with Chautham
