JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are being prosecuted in Complaint Case No. 60 of 2015 in which prima facie case for the offence punishable under Section 366 A of the Indian Penal Code was found.

It would appear from perusal of the complaint petition that alleged occurrence took place on 24.08.2011 whereas the complaint petition was filed on 30.01.2015 i.e. after three years of the alleged occurrence.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4120 of 2016 (2) dt.10-02-2016 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajesh Kumar Tripathi, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Complaint Case No. 60 of 2015.
