The petitioner seeks bail in Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 08 of 2017 registered under Sections 401, 411, 413, 414, 467, 468 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that he got information that the petitioner and other accused peons are indulged in committing theft of motorcycle and selling them. The informant also got information that one motorcycle was theft by the petitioner. On search, school premises was raided and from there motorcycle bearing registration no. BR 10D 2457 was recovered. The petitioner is said to have disclosed that he took the motorcycle from Sudarshan Kumar @ Gulshan.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11879 of 2017 (2) dt.18-03-2017 2/2 Leanred counsel for the petitioner submits that the motorcycle was recovered from the premises of the school and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail for last two months and he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Kasim Bazar P.S.
