Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceedings. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within stipulated period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 17.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.32354 of 2021 to the extent of extending the period of surrender, as the petitioner could not surrender within the time frame indicated in the order. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10621 of 2022(3) dt.11-05-2022 2/2 by four weeks from today in connection with Alam Ganj P.S. Case No.147 of 2020, pending in the learned court below, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.

The order dated 17.12.2021 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
