In view of the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioner at the time of hearing, this writ application is

Patna High Court CWJC No.5066 of 2014 (2) dt.01-04-2015 2 / 2 being disposed of, without going into the merit of the case of the respective parties, with a liberty to the petitioner to file his objection under Section 9 of the Bihar & Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1914 within a period of three weeks. If such objection is filed, let a decision in terms of Section 10 of the aforesaid Act be taken by the Certificate Officer concerned.

Accordingly, the distress warrant issued against the petitioner is stayed till a final decision is taken by the Certificate Officer.
