Petitioner is not named in the first information report but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of coaccused and except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against him. It is also pointed out that petitioner is in jail custody since 14.01.2015 and charge sheet has already been submitted against him.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 3rd
