The petitioner seeks bail in Maner P.S. Case No. 527 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has clean antecedent. There is no recovery from his conscious possession.

It is alleged in the written report that Police apprehended the petitioner and on his disclosure, several articles along with five cartridges have been recovered from the house of Pramod Kumar Rai.

Petitioner is in custody since 12.10.2018 having

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sushree Nutan Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur, in connection with Maner P.S.
