JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-03-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Abadpur P.S. Case No. 129 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354(b), 504, 506 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to surrender before the learned court below and apply for regular bail.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, however, with the aforesaid liberty as also with an observation that the trial court may consider that the present case arises out of case and counter case.
