The petitioner seeks bail in Kundwachainpur P.S. Case No. 125/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 37(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. About 54 litres of country made liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 27.11.2016. He has already remained in jail for more than three months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10989 of 2017 (2) dt.07-03-2017 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Kundwachainpur P.S. Case No. 125/2016.
