JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. {i} To direct and command the concerned Respondent Authorities to do refixation/ determination of salary on dt.01/01/96 and dt. 01/01/2006 in the light of Resolution No 7099 dt.

01/08/2011 of the Finance Department Government of Bihar and make a direction to the District Account Officer Jamui, for confirmation of the same and consequently paid the all arrears of salary to the petitioner with

Patna High Court CWJC No.5027 of 2024(2) dt.04-04-2024 2/2 appropriate Interest.

{ii} To direct and command the concerned respondents to grant Third Modified career upgradation scheme to the petitioner from 16/01/2006 which is due to the petitioner for the same, he is entitled for. "

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
