This application has been filed by the petitioner for modification of order dated 09.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49875 of 2015, whereby petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail on certain terms and conditions.

It is contended that there is apparent typographical error while recording the Belaganj P.S. Case No.2245 of 2015 which should have been Belaganj P.S. Case No.76 of 2015. Let the Belaganj P.S. Case No.2245 of 2015 be read as Belaganj P.S. Case No.76 of 2015.

The period for filing a copy of this order is extended by further four weeks and the period for surrender of the petitioner is extended by further six weeks.
