JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-09-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) For issuance of direction upon the respondent authority's particularly respondent no. 5, Circle Officer, Halsi Block to institute Land Encroachment Case under Public Land Encroachment Act, immediately, so that encroachment made by some villagers over public land and filling up the water body for their personal use could be restrained.

(ii) For further direction upon the respondent authorities to dispose of the encroachment case so instituted

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Halsi Block, DistrictLakhisarai for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
