The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 306 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 354(B) and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
