JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-03-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner on compassionate ground in lieu of death of his father who died in harness on 22.01.2011.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application in the prescribed format within the stipulated time on 08.12.2015, however, no decision has been taken yet by the authorities.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, respondent no. 4, i.e. the District Education Officer,

Patna High Court CWJC No.4797 of 2019(2) dt.12-03-2019 2/2 Muzaffarpur, is directed to consider the application of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground, in case the same has been filed in the prescribed format, by passing a reasoned order within a period of eight weeks of the receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
