The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 427 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of assault, abuse and threatening as well as snatching of the mobile of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that no any mobile was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

However, learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the

Case No. 202 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
