2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 491 of 2025 registered for the offence uunder Sections 324(5), 326(g), 351(2), 352 and 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of burning the shop of the informant when the informant denied to sell the goods to the petitioner in the night which caused a loss of Rs. 10 lakhs to the informant.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 2.1.2026.

5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10113 of 2026(4) dt.07-04-2026 2/2 against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
