This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Sheohar P.S. Case No. 236 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Section 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted that petitioner no.1 is Devar and petitioner no. 2 is Gotni of the deceased and they have clean antecedent.

Considering the relationship of the petitioners with the deceased, this bail application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of
