This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for quashing the order dated 07.12.2022 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Munger in connection with S.T. No. 155 of 2010 arising out of Harpur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2018.

The application filed by the petitioners under Section 311 do not seem to be bona fide and the same has been filed only to fill up the lacuna.
