This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the petitioner and others were planning to commit some serious offence. The petitioner was apprehended and from his possession a country made loaded pistol was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 01.03.2016.

Considering the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sessions Trial No. 159 of 2016 arising

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14320 of 2017 (3) dt.03-05-2017 2/2 out of Baroon P.S. Case No. 32 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, III, Aurangabad, or successor Court.
