Petitioners seek bail in connection with Sikraul P.S. Case No.08/2020 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. Further submits that liquor has been recovered from the pick up van and the petitioners are no concern with the said pick up van. Petitioners are in custody since 10.01.2020.
