1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That, this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ(s)/direction(s) to the Respondents to remove the encroachment from the land of Khata No.-C.S. 155, Plot No.-C.S. 144, Area-21 Decimal at Thana No.-200 situated at Village-Jamuna under P.S.- Imamganj, District-Gaya which land was/is for Aam Rasta of the Villagers and in the name of

Patna High Court CWJC No.3452 of 2024(2) dt.06-05-2024 2/2 Anabad Sarvsadharan Bihar Government, but the said land and Rasta has been illegally encroached by the Respondent No.-6 to 8 by constructing their houses etc. over the said land for Rasta of the Government."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Gaya for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
