2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 198 of 2011 registered for the offences punishable under Section(s) 366(A) and 34 of the I.P.C.

3. The allegation is that the daughter of the informant was kidnapped.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he married the girl and they had a children who lives with the petitioner. He states that in 2013 the girl left him also.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering that the petitioner has already delayed the trial for a very long period and girl is traceless, this Court is

7. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.

8. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
