JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 30-06-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, informant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to remove the defects within three weeks. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Vide order dated 21.04.2022, petitioners was granted provisional bail.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20018 of 2021(3) dt.30-06-2022 2/2 petitioners that petitioners are innocent, not named in the FIR and have been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. He submits that during investigation, the petitioner has been made accused on the statement of the informant. He further submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of this application.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional bail granted vide order dated 21.04.2022 is hereby confirmed.
