Patna High Court CWJC No.13184 of 2014(2) dt.20-06-2019 2/2 to the Housing Board to transfer the Lower Income Group House No. B/137, Lohianagar, Patna in the light of decision in T.P. Suit No. 599/87/116/93 dated 18.10.1993 (Annexure-4). Without going into the factual aspects of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Housing Board to take appropriate decision in the light of their regulation for transfer of Lower Income Group House No. B/137, Lohianagar, Patna which was allotted to grand-father of the petitioners late Madhav Sharan Singh on 12.4.1966. Necessary decision in terms of T.P. Suit and in accordance with regulation of the Housing Board may be take n by the Housing Board at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the receipt/production of a copy of this order.
