The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Goraul P.S.case No.356 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 413 & 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)A/26/35 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is named in the FIR and as per the prosecution case, while the police got information of preparing of dacoity by some accused persons raided the place and arrested two other accused persons from there, who disclosed name of the petitioner. It further appears that the petitioner is accused in one more case.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that on confession, he has been made accused. He is in custody for three months. Charge sheet has already been submitted.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-1, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S.Case No.356 of 2019. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
