Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceeding. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, office will place the matter before the Bench. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Imadpur P.S. Case No.25/2020, corresponding to G.R. No.2016/20, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504/34 of the IPC.
Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on merit vide order dated 23.09.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.13300 of 2021 by this Court.
The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail by filing
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11134 of 2022(2) dt.30-03-2022 2/2 this application.
Having gone through the submissions of the parties and on perusal of the bail application, I find that there is no new ground taken by the petitioner and he is the main assailant, as such, the prayer for bail is hereby rejected.
