The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No.436 of 2022 dated 14.11.2022 for the offences punishable under Section 341, 323, 324, 379, 504 & 506/34, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Banka. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass order on the
