2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 268 of 2023 arising out of Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 621 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c)/21(b) of the NDPS Act.

3. One Shankar Mahto was caught with 13.12 grams of brown sugar. He has named the petitioner to be purchaser of the brown sugar.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 28.10.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional
