The petitioner is in custody since15.09.2015 in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 108 of 2013, registered for offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code as well as U/s 3(2) (V) SC/ST Atrocities Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and there is no eyewitness to the occurrence. It is further submitted that the name of the petitioner has been included only on suspicion. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State after perusal of the case diary submits that there no further cogent material in the diary except the allegations made in the F.I.R.

Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 108.2013.
