JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in N.D.P.S. case No.99 of 2013 arising out of Raxaul P.S. case No.181 of 2013 instituted for the offence under Sections 20B, 22, 23 and 24 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of 6th Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran at Motihari.

Earlier the application for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide Annexure 1 to the present application. This is the second attempt made on behalf of the petitioner. A report was called for regarding the stage of the case from the court below. It has been reported that five prosecution witnesses have already been examined and the trial is expected to
