This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

A country made pistol and cartridge were allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 07.11.2016. A subsequent case under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code is also there against the petitioner.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 289 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, or successor Court after completion of nine months of custody.
