The petitioner seeks bail in Murliganj P.S. Case No. 333/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
It is submitted that two persons were arrested. Learned Sessions Judge, Madhepura gave liberty to the petitioner to renew prayer for bail after remaining three months in jail. The petitioner is in jail since 22.12.2016.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail after 22.03.2017 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
