This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Kursakanta P.S. Case No. 181 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354(B), 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the occurrence has taken place on a trivial issue and the injuries sustained by the injured are simple in nature, this bail application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of

Case No. 181 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
