Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 302 was also added. Petitioner is in custody since 04.06.2012.

The report of the learned trial judge at Flag-'A' reveals that the case is still to be committed to the court of Sessions. Allegation is of commission of murder by causing injury on the head of the father of the informant with Dabia. Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
