JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-03-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.T. No. 454 of 2019 arising out of Mairwa P.S. Case No. 270 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is of recovery of stolen laptop, four mobiles and a motorcycle.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been made accused in this case and further he has been in judicial custody since 14.07.2018 and charge has been framed but no substantive progress has been made in trial. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8903 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Presiding Officer, F.T.C-I, Siwan, in connection with S.T. No. 454 of 2019 arising out of Mairwa P.S. Case No. 270 of 2018, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
