2. It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that the Respondent No. 11 has been reinstated pursuant to order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 20619 of 2013, as contained in Annexure-7 to the writ petition. He raises a grievance that the order has been passed without impleading the petitioner as a party to the above

Patna High Court CWJC No.17231 of 2018(2) dt.02-11-2022 2/2 noted writ proceedings.

3. The Court would only observe that if the petitioner is aggrieved by an order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 20619 of 2013, as contained in Annexure-7 to the writ petition, or the consequence thereof, he is required to seek remedy in respect of the order passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 20619 of 2013 as contained in Annexure-7 to the writ petition, which admittedly, she has not done.

4. No case is made out to interfere with the order. The writ petition is dismissed.
