JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 15-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 250 of 2019 for offences under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Considering the fact that recovery of huge quantity of Nepali country made liquor was made and the person arrested was caught hold at the spot and that the petitioner was other person who fled away from the place of occurrence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to him. The application is dismissed. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail.
